1.2 By accessing our Website, you acknowledge that these terms are legally binding. If you don’t
agree with any of these terms, you should stop accessing and using our Website.

3.1 We reserve the right to suspend the operation of our Website at any time. We may also restrict

guarantee that it will be.

10 LAW AND JURISDICTION

exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a consumer and live in either
Northern Ireland or Scotland. In which case, you can choose to bring a claim in England and Wales or
in the courts of another part of the United Kingdom in which you live

11 RETURNS

11.1 We offer a 14 day return policy on returns. We currently only offer refunds please contact us before returning your item/s for us to authorise a return. Items must be returned with all paper work and not from our non returnable items section. Any items from here will be refused and returned to yourself with additional charges for return postage. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received with all labels/tags still attached to the garment. we do not offer free returns you are responsible for return fees.  Postage costs are non refundable.

Non-returnable items:-

11.2 All personalised items are excluded from our 14 days return policy, unless we have made an error on the original items. Please double check your order to ensure all the details are correct at time of ordering.

Sock, tights and booties are also excluded from our returns policy. Please ensure items are returned in the condition you received them in.

11.3 Sale items

Only full priced items may be returned. Sale items cannot be exchanged/refunded

11.4 Exchanges

we currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative size, please return your order for a refund and reorder the required size on our website.
