Returns

We offer a 14 day return policy on returns. We currently only offer refunds please contact us before returning your item/s for us to authorise a return. Items must be returned with all paper work and not from our non returnable items section. Any items from here will be refused and returned to yourself with additional charges for return postage. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received with all labels/tags still attached to the garment. we do not offer free returns you are responsible for return fees.  Postage costs are non refundable.

​Please kindly note that on all order placed using our free shipping over £50, if the value returned makes the order below the £50 value, then the original postage charge of £3.29 is taken from the refund, to compensate for this.

Non-returnable items:-

All personalised items are excluded from our 14 days return policy, unless we have made an error on the original items. Please double check your order to ensure all the details are correct at time of ordering.

Sock, tights and booties are also excluded from our returns policy. Please ensure items are returned in the condition you received them in.

Sale items

Only full priced items may be returned. Sale items cannot be exchanged/refunded

Exchanges

We currently don't offer exchanges, However for unpersonalised orders you can return an item for a refund following the terms above, and reorder from our website

If you are returning an item we recommend using a trackable postage. we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery addresses

Please ensure when ordering that you enter your delivery address correctly. No refund will be given for an order that does not have a correct or complete delivery address. Should an incorrectly addressed order return to us, we will contact you on it's arrival, however, a shipping fee will be charged if we resend.

If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect address or hasn't been picked up from the post office, we will hold onto your parcel for 30 days giving you the opportunity to pay for the delivery again, if failed to pay the outstanding amount we will no longer hold onto your parcel and your order will be cancelled within the 30 day period.
no refund or return will be issued.
